Is it really easy to start a business?

Yes, it is today. Of course, it was not always so. In the years after the regime change, when everyone wanted (or was forced) to become a manager, an astonishing number of companies were set up. As a result, many factories and production plants closed down in a relatively short period of time. As a result of privatisation, a significant number of workers had to choose between unemployment and entrepreneurship.
Well, at that time, starting a business was still quite a complicated process. It was unthinkable to register a company at the Companies Court without the assistance of a lawyer. It was complicated, lengthy and expensive.
Today, however, the system of setting up a company has changed, it has become much simpler, but it cannot be said that it does not require a great deal of attention and professional skill.
Perhaps those who say that it is a simple matter that anyone can do on their own are right. However!
Before starting a business, there are indeed a number of decisions that need to be made that will have a long-term impact on the operation of a company. It should be noted that the process of setting up a business does not end with incorporation, but more importantly, it does not begin with incorporation!

Here are some of the things to consider before starting a company.

• Choose a name!

This is probably the simplest task. But this is where you can run into problems. What if the name is already taken? It's worth checking, because if you have the same name, you'll be stuck at the first step.

• Where should the registered office be?

If you own your own property, there is no problem as you can prove your right to use the registered office with a title deed. If the property is rented or owned by a third party, the situation is a little more complicated.

And three more tricky points, without going into detail:

• Who are the owners of the company? Who are the owners?
• Is it a company or a corporation?
• Are the owners the company or the corporation?

It is understandable that you need a lawyer! But why do you need an accountant?

The last line of the previous paragraph was no coincidence! This is a question worth hundreds of thousands of pounds. If you don't pay attention to the tax regulations and don't find an accountant after the company has been established, it can cost you hundreds of thousands of forints. I mean the fine if we make the wrong decision. And who can help you decide? A professional accountant.
